2. Action Upon Receipt of Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Babyfiya.com will review the claim and, where appropriate,
remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may notify the content provider
who posted the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification,
you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
The counter-notification must include:

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Babyfiya.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts
that are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
5. Misrepresentation Warning
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material
or activity is infringing may be subject to legal liability, including damages and legal costs.
6. Policy Updates
